Rooms are very clean but old. Very sparsely furnished with mismatched decor left from previous renovations - modern, old modern and traditional...all mixed up. No coffee table in sitting area, just two ottomans which you know folks put their feet on. Do I really want to put a plate, cup or laptop on these? TV stand is a twin bed headboard... very big spaces, good for family of 6-8 I guess. Sort of set up like Disney world room. Has fridge and microwave as well as an eating table with 2 chairs.

Probably one of the best Hampton hotels I’ve ever been to. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was great as well. Plus, the architecture really goes above and beyond a normal chain hotel. If I ever come back to Williamsburg, I will definitely return here!

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean and we loved the included breakfast! They even had some seasonal pumpkin spice waffles. It rained one of days and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool! Great price for our family vacation that for a 1 bedroom suite

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was extremely pleasant!. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the friendly staff, great breakfast, and the receptionist went out of her way to help get airline tickets printed out. We highly recommend this hotel!

We stopped to stay at this hotel on our way home from OBX. We stayed in a suite. It was a nice big room with plenty of space. Very clean. Great breakfast. Coffee 24/7. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

On the bright side, the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was on par, but that's pretty much it for the bright side. My room was quite filthy: e.g., a bug crawling on the bed and hair underneath the sheets. Easily the dirtiest Hilton-branded property I've ever stayed at. Everything considered, not a good experience.

I had an enjoyable 3-night stay. The desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great. The room was nice and clean. I especially liked the spacious bathroom with the ADA toilet (so I didn't feel like I was sitting on the floor!!!). My only 'complaint' was that the hot water in the shower never got hot, even after letting it run for awhile. I was forced to shower in luke warm water. Oh well...
